เครือข่ายนานาชาติที่เกิดจากความเชื่อและความหวังAn International Network Born of Faith and Hope

ทาลิธา คุม เป็นเครือข่ายนานาชาติของนักบวชหญิงเพื่อต่อต้านการค้ามนุษย์ จัดตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2552 (ค.ศ. 2009) โดยการริเริ่มของสหพันธ์อธิการเจ้าคณะนักบวชหญิงสากล (UISG) เพื่อเป็นกลไกระดับโลกในการต่อสู้กับการค้ามนุษย์และการแสวงประโยชน์ Talitha Kum is an international network of religious sisters against human trafficking, founded in 2009 at the initiative of the International Union of Superiors General (UISG) as a global mechanism to fight human trafficking and exploitation.

เครือข่ายส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างกลุ่มทำงานในระดับประเทศ ภูมิภาค และทวีป โดยมุ่งสนับสนุนผู้เสียหาย ผู้รอดชีวิต และผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยง พร้อมเคารพบริบทและเอกลักษณ์ของแต่ละพื้นที่ The network fosters collaboration among national, regional, and continental groups, supporting victims, survivors, and people at risk while respecting each community's context and identity.

พันธกิจและจุดแข็งของเราOur Mission and Strengths

ในฐานะเครือข่ายที่นำโดยนักบวชหญิง ทาลิธา คุมได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากพันธกิจของพระคริสต์ โดยทำงานผ่านชุมชนและความร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิดกับท้องถิ่น จุดแข็งสำคัญคือการทำงานจากระดับรากหญ้า ด้วยแนวทางที่เน้นมนุษย์เป็นศูนย์กลาง ใกล้ชิดกับผู้เสียหาย ครอบครัว และผู้รอดชีวิตจากการค้ามนุษย์ As a network led by religious sisters, Talitha Kum draws inspiration from the mission of Christ, working through communities in close partnership with local people. Its key strength is a grassroots, human-centered approach — close to victims, families, and survivors of trafficking.

ลักษณะของเครือข่ายทาลิธา คุมCharacteristics of the Talitha Kum Network

• เป็นเครือข่ายระหว่างคณะนักบวช นำโดยนักบวชหญิง และจัดตั้งในระดับประเทศ An inter-congregational network, led by religious sisters, organized at the national level.
• เน้นการทำงานในพื้นที่จริงที่เผชิญกับปัญหาการค้ามนุษย์ Focused on working on the ground in areas facing human trafficking.
• เชื่อมโยงกับสหพันธ์/สมาคมอธิการเจ้าคณะในระดับประเทศ เพื่อเสริมพลังเครือข่าย Connected with national federations of religious superiors to strengthen the network.

ความหมายของชื่อ “ทาลิธา คุม”The Meaning of “Talitha Kum”

“ทาลิธา คุม” เป็นคำจากพระคัมภีร์ภาษาอราเมอิก แปลว่า “หนูเอ๋ย จงลุกขึ้นเถิด” (มาระโก 5:41) — ถ้อยคำแห่งความหวังและการฟื้นคืนชีวิต ที่เราตั้งใจมอบให้แก่ผู้ที่ตกเป็นเหยื่อของการค้ามนุษย์ทุกคน “Talitha Kum” is an Aramaic phrase from the Bible meaning “Little girl, I say to you, arise” (Mark 5:41) — words of hope and restoration that we extend to every victim of human trafficking.

บทบาทของประเทศไทยในเครือข่ายสากลThailand's Role in the Global Network

ระหว่างวันที่ 24–29 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 ประเทศไทยเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการอบรมผู้นำทาลิธา คุม ครั้งที่ 6 ณ ศูนย์อบรมงานอภิบาลบ้านผู้หว่าน อำเภอสามพราน มีสมาชิกเครือข่าย 28 คนจากประเทศไทยและหลายประเทศเข้าร่วม เพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำและความร่วมมือในการป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์ From 24–29 June 2026, Thailand hosted the 6th Talitha Kum Leadership Training Course at Baan Phu Waan Pastoral Training Center in Samphran. Twenty-eight network members from Thailand and other countries joined to strengthen leadership and cooperation against trafficking.

งานด้านการศึกษาของเครือข่ายไทย นำโดยเซอร์มารี-อักแนส สุวรรณา บัวทรัพย์ (คณะเซนต์ปอล เดอ ชาร์ตร) ศิษย์เก่ารุ่นแรกของหลักสูตรผู้นำทาลิธา คุม ณ กรุงโรม ปี 2561 ได้รับการยกย่องจากผู้ประสานงานสากลว่าเป็นต้นแบบนำร่องที่จะขยายผลทั่วเอเชียและทั่วโลก — “การศึกษาคือเครื่องมือที่ดีที่สุดในการป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์” The Thai network's education work, led by Sr. Marie-Agnes Suwanna Buasap, SPC — an alumna of the inaugural 2018 Talitha Kum leadership course in Rome — has been praised by the International Coordinator as a pilot model to be replicated across Asia and worldwide: “Education is truly the best tool to prevent human trafficking.”

เมื่อวันที่ 5 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 โรงเรียนที่นำแนวทางการเรียนรู้ของเครือข่ายไปใช้ได้รับรางวัลสถานศึกษาดีเด่นจากรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ สะท้อนบทบาทสำคัญของโรงเรียนในการป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์ On 5 June 2026, schools implementing the network's educational approach received the Exemplary Educational Institution Award from Thailand's Minister of Social Development and Human Security, recognizing the important role of schools in prevention.
